Over time, the business developed and modernized, while the initiative and love for traditional cheesemaking remained unchanged. Today, the company is managed by the six sons of G. Manouras, who continue the tradition with dedication and respect for the roots of the family business. The company then expanded by establishing a store in the center of Heraklion, and then further developed by establishing more points of sale in different areas. Based on the wealth of local production, we decided to add local fresh meats to our range, thus making our company even more interesting for our customers. Each of our products carries a story that begins with traditional cheesemaking techniques and reaches today, where quality and customer service are an integral part of our philosophy.
